Endeavour College of Natural Health - Senior Lecturer Naturopathy

To further strengthen Endeavour’s position as industry leader, we are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer Naturopathy, on a part time basis of 2.5 days per week, to lead a team of academic professionals.
The Senior Lecturer works closely with the Program Leader to co-ordinate and participate in the delivery of on campus and online courses in the Higher Education (HE) sector to ensure quality at the campus level. The Senior Lecturer will also draw on their expertise to assist in ensuring program materials and delivery of materials remain current and consistent with a focus on continuous improvement and manage the local teaching team, whilst working closely with the Student Services Directorate to manage student matters. As well as teaching the Senior Lecturer may also be involved in clinical supervision.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor and Post Graduate level qualification in their respective field and a related area such as education, combined with experience teaching at a Tertiary level. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will also be highly regarded.
Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 pro rata + Super + Employee Benefits
