The Academy has a long history as one of the premier founding colleges for TCM training and practice in Australia, originally established by Professor Lun Wong in 1974. The teaching and learning environment allows for personal growth and both traditional and creative approaches to learning. It encourages students to combine scholarship with mentor focused clinical practice. Courses emphasise clinical principles and practices of TCM, science based medicine, professional aspects of practice, Acupuncture, Massage, Herbs, Diet and physical arts including Tai Chi.
