The Alexander Technique Institute Teacher Training School offers a standard of excellence in teacher/practitioner training. Each day trainees receive extensive hands-on application instruction from the Director of Training along with senior teachers.
Alexander Teacher training involves intensive self-work; basic anatomy and physiology, study of the respiratory system and voice work.
The school has guest lectures and discussions from visiting General Practitioners, Psychologists and senior international Alexander Teachers.
